With more than 25 years of experience in handling closing activities for thousands of home buyers, Steve had finally seen enough. The idea for Home Team Advisors came to him after completing a commercial purchase transaction.

Kim Casbon has been helping customers achieve their dream of home ownership since 1993 through a commitment to exceptional customer service, attention to her client’s needs, and minimizing the stress often associated with buying a home.
Kim has had a career in both mortgage banking and brokerage services. She was Mortgage Bankers Magazine’s 1996 rookie of the year. She received the Rising Star award in 2009 as Regions Mortgage’s best new hire. With over 17 years of mortgage origination experience, she has been an industry leader in production and mortgage training. She recently obtained her underwriting designation and has authority to underwrite her loans.
She lives in Roswell, Georgia with her husband Phillip of 18 years, her 8-year-old son Maxwell, and her 3-year-old collie, Lexie.
