As a single father of three young boys, Joe knew firsthand how urgent it was to seal a beverage container. Rainmaker Integrated was founded in 2008 on the belief that every client deserves to be treated like the only client and that strategic marketing campaigns should be available to organizations of all sizes, regardless of what the company’s budget limitations might be.

Her career spans more than 20 years in communications, having served on all sides of the marketing, public relations and advertising desk. Jackie began her career with the General Motors Corporation as a Communications Analyst and thereafter joined Grant Thornton L.L.P., one of the largest accounting firms in the U.S., as a Marketing Coordinator. She then went on to hold the position of Regional Manager of Public Relations for Macy’s Department stores in Nevada, where she led B2C marketing and public relations initiatives for several Macy’s locations.

Prior to establishing Rainmaker Integrated in the Phoenix market, Jackie held several senior level positions with three national agencies including Barclay Communications, Crammer-Krasselt Public Relations and Off Madison Ave. Her past experience has allowed her to work with such organizations as; Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona, Westcor, Streets of New York Restaurants, Island’s Fine Burgers, Wolfgang Puck Concepts, Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport, Avilla Homes & the law firm of Fisher Phillips L.L.P.

Additionally, Jackie is a member of the American Marketing Association (AMA) and recently served as the first female President of the Arizona Interactive Marketing Association. The Phoenix Business Journal also named Jackie to the exclusive list of “Top 20 Marketing Professionals to Know in Arizona” in 2017.

Jackie holds a bachelors degree in Communications from Kent State University. She is a native of Michigan and currently lives in Gilbert, Arizona with her husband Eric, son Holden and two dogs, Macy & Max.

Eric Miller, PADT

Eric Miller is Co-Owner and Principal at Phoenix Analysis and Design Technologies, better known as PADT, where he is involved in providing tools and services to companies who design and manufacture physical products. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley and has lived in Arizona since 1986. He started his career focusing on the application of Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computer Aided Design (CAD) to simulate turbine engine components. Over the years he became recognized as an expert user of the ANSYS software tool and in the development of custom software to automate the product simulation and design process.

As a co-founder of PADT in 1994, Eric was able to also pursue his interests in IT, graphic design, additive manufacturing, database programming, and small business management. As both PADT and the use of advanced engineering tools grew, Eric became exposed to dozens of different industries and developed his broad understanding of the application of technology for product development and manufacturing.

After over three decades in the industry, Eric is often called upon to write and speak on simulation, design, and 3D Printing as well as on startups and the high-tech sector. His involvement in the startup community includes angel investing as well as mentoring and serving on steering, screening, and advisory boards of a variety of technical organizations and institutions.

Jan Janick, Benchmark

Jan Janick is the Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Global Engineering at Benchmark.
Jan’s extensive, customer-focused career covers more than 30 years of leading high-performance multicultural technology development teams at industry-leading computing systems companies. His ability to make decisions quickly and inspire teams to move at the speed of technology make him a valued contributor to the Benchmark executive team, where he leads technology development insights and innovations.

Prior to joining the Benchmark team in 2015, Jan served as an executive leader at both IBM and Lenovo, where he led the development and delivery of a number of key products, including IBM’s x86-based servers and PureFlex systems. During his tenure at IBM, he established the IBM Taiwan Systems and Technology Lab, growing the group to 300 engineers while leading 650 engineers across four U.S. locations as well as others in Taiwan and China. He also led the IT team for the 2006 Olympics in Torino, Italy, and led the development, production and program management of IBM’s significant acquisition of Texas Memory System.

Jan earned both his Bachelor and Master of Science in electrical engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Today, Davis serves as the Arizona retail banking division manager at Washington Federal. In her role, she is responsible for the operations at the bank’s branches in Phoenix, Sun City, Sun City West, Glendale, Goodyear and Yuma. She also graduated from the Washington Federal Executive Leadership Academy and served as the 2015 Washington Federal United Way campaign co-captain, raising a record-setting $515,000. Davis spearheads the bank’s partnership with Take Charge America, which was developed to enable Washington Federal to offer financial education to those in need, and helps local branches with their “Save at School” community education programs. She is also a member of the United Way Women’s Leadership Council and the Washington Federal Foundation board.

Doug Reynolds, Washington Federal

Today, he serves as SVP of Washington Federal in Arizona, overseeing the Commercial Real Estate Division for 31 branches statewide. He is past-chair of Southwestern Business Financing Corporation and a multi-year People to Know in Real Estate honoree.

Dennis Webb, Fulton Homes

Dennis Webb with Fulton Homes in the studio at Valley Business RadioX in Phoenix, ArizonaDennis Webb is the Vice President of Operations for Fulton Homes where he oversees sales, marketing, operations, and the Fulton Homes Design Center. In his 22 years there he has led the charge of using technology combined with past retail experience to help transform the company into one of the most advanced homebuilders in the country in the areas of customer experience, operations, and marketing. He has also been instrumental in moving Fulton Homes towards energy efficiency as Fulton Homes was the first builder in the country to have built all of its homes to Energy Star version 3 standards. Fulton Homes has been recognized as Energy Star’s Partner of the Year and Indoor airPLUS leader award winners each of the past four years, the only builder in the country to do so.
