Make sure the backpack is fitting your child properly. Adjust the straps for a snug comfortable fit. Have your child avoid carrying the backpack over just one shoulder. Find a backpack that has cushioned straps – remember it must be durable and functional. Listen right now to hear Dr Fitness’ tips. Dasani’s Lime Essence Rocks!

August 13, 2009 by angishields

Coca-Cola’s Dasani has released a new product that is awesome!  They have released “lightly flavored” water with no sweeteners, no splenda, no sucralose, no sorbitol, just good old-fashion water with a hint of flavor.  If you have spent time squeezing lemon or lime into your water, squeeze no more because the Lime Essence is absolutely fantastic.  They currently have two other flavors; Black Cherry, which didn’t really do anything for me and Strawberry/Kiwi which I have not tasted.  Stock up on the Lime Essence because Dr. Fitness is wiping out the shelves. Big thumbs up for this product!

Some people, like Dr Fitness lack any natural rhythm. And when you watch the celebrities on Dancing with the Stars look so graceful you have to understand how many hours each day they are putting into learning those dance moves. So here are the tips…Focus on your balance and posture. Try line dancing first – that tends to be easier to follow and you can learn most line dances pretty quickly. Wear the right shoes and practice at home before you are in a pubkic place to build your confidence. And most important;ly have some fun. Listen right now to hear Dr Fitness’ tips. On today’s show Dr Fitness and the Fat Guy had on Lou Paradise with Topricin, Dr Fitness’ favorite pain reliever healing cream. Lou developed Topricin when he couldn’t find relief for his carpal tunnel syndrome. He didn’t like those menthol products that stain your clothes and sometimes burn so he developed his own solution. Topricin is a doctor recommended pain reliever that works because it doesn’t just mask the pain and it uses no volatile oils. This is a great alternative to prescription and non-prescription over the counter stinky pain relieving medications. It can be used throughout the day as much as you’d like because it is made with 11 homeopathic medicines that are safe and effective for pretty much everyone (elderly, children, pregnant women and people with all skin types). Since Topricin doesn’t mask the pain symptoms and actually helps the body heal, you may shorten the amount of time you need to use it. This anti-inflammatory pain reliever and healing cream is available in most healthy sections of stores but you can go online to their website www.topricin.com to find a store near you.
