
Jason Corbin, Creative Director with Lewis Communications, is a conceptual, multi-disciplinary, creatively driven human who currently lives and works in Birmingham, AL. By day he works at Lewis Communications where he directs, leads and executes creative for a handful of brands. When his day job ends he heads home to a wonderful, super talented team that consists of one wife, two kids, and two dogs.
Jason jumped into the business of advertising with a background in journalism and became a copywriter shortly after. His focus is on influencing people to buy stuff and do things they may or may not want to buy or do – as well as leading creative, content and strategy teams who have the fire and desire to do the same. Here are a few interesting facts about Jason: He was born a Buckeye and raised a Georgia DAWG. He enjoys watching men in helmets hit each other, Cubs baseball, Celtics basketball, Scottish rock music, craft beer, strong coffee, and hole-in-the-wall Mexican food. Tommy Townsend is a native of Blairsville, GA, located in the heart of the North Georgia mountains. He is a professional musician and owner of Grandaddy Mimm’s Moonshine Distillery. At about age 13, Tommy heard the Waylon Jennings album, “Ol’ Waylon”, and was hooked. He began his pursuit of his own music career after meeting Waylon a short time later. Waylon took a liking to the curly haired lad and included him later in some performances and studio work. The collaboration continued all the way up to Waylon’s death.
