Chuck Kluball serves Manager: Specialty Selling Store Operations at The Home Depot. Chuck graduated from Valdosta State University in 2009 and commissioned through OCS as an Infantry Officer in the Army where he served for 7 years.
Ross Chesaniuk serves as Senior Project Manager at The Home Depot. Ross graduated from West Point with a degree in Systems & Industrial Engineering in 2011, commissioning as an Engineer Officer in the U.S. Army.
Lloyd Knight is a Senior Director of International Air Freight based at UPS Supply Chain Solutions corporate campus in Alpharetta, GA. Lloyd began his career with UPS in 2007 and in addition to his current assignment has served multiple capacities including Director of Global Freight Forwarding, Director of Global Government Operations and Government Operations Manager.
Tyler Freeman was born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and joined the United States Marine Corps in 2008. He was stationed in the Carolinas shortly thereafter with military occupations primarily involving helicopter squadrons as an Aviation Maintenance Supervisor and a CH-53E Helicopter Crew Member.
Scott W. Luton is the founder of Supply Chain Now Radio and also serves as Managing Partner for TalentStream. He has worked extensively in the end-to-end Supply Chain industry for more than 15 years, appearing in publications such as The Wall Street Journal, Dice and Quality Progress Magazine.
Larry E. Fast serves as Director for the Southeast Region of the Association for Manufacturing Excellence. He is also owner of the consulting firm Pathways to Manufacturing Excellence, LLC. Larry is a 35-year veteran of the wire & cable industry, with 25 of those years at Belden and 10 at General Cable. As Belden’s Vice President of Manufacturing, he led a transformation of plants in the late 1980s and early 1990s. In 1997, Larry joined General Cable Corporation (GCC), one of the world’s largest wire and cable companies.
Jerry Pfister specializes in lean manufacturing and strategic planning. He has been a leader in the lean journey for 25 years – at Lochinvar / A.O. Smith and at a large Whirlpool Corporation facility. Jerry is continually amazed with how much can be accomplished with less (less space, less capital investment, less waste, etc.) by engaging the hearts and minds of those who are adding value for the customer in these organizations.
Tim Jenkins currently serves as Plant Manager for Heraeus Quartz North America LLC in Buford Georgia. Tim earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Ceramic Engineering from The University of Illinois, and his MBA from Otterbein University. As a certified Six Sigma Black Belt Tim has been involved in Lean Six sigma Projects for over 15 years.

Wesley Barrell serves as the Terminal Manager at the Appalachian Regional Port (ARP), which is a component of the Georgia Ports Authority (GPA). Wesley joined the GPA in 2011. Prior to his current position, Wesley has held positions in Crane Maintenance, Container Operations, Intermodal Operations and Strategic Operations.
