Sarah Galambos is the Creator of Unique Wellness Studios. Sarah believes total strangers divulge their whole life story to her. I’ve experienced first hand (and held many hearts) through marriages, divorces, births, deaths, and almost everything that happens in between. I am passionate about helping clients clear self limiting beliefs to get unstuck, cultivate happiness and become empowered to create lives they love living. The catalyst that drove me to create this business was the need to get my own head on straight. In 2013 I was newly divorced and making a boatload of unhealthy choices. In a moment of clarity I resolved to get myself unstuck and not take the same issues that contributed to the end of a 20 year marriage into any new relationship I was to have in the future. My Life Coaching program led me to uncover core wounds and recover from the toxic shame I was so tired of lugging around. The biggest hurdle I had to overcome was victimhood and addiction to my story. I learned to quit blaming other people, places and things for the choices I made and the way I was living. I turned my focus to intense personal development and creating a daily spiritual practice, both of which helped me take a good, hard look at myself as the common denominator in the creation of my life and circumstances. I got myself aligned from the inside out, and I’m constantly grateful for having the guts to get honest and the courage to get real. I know that all the answers we need and happiness we want already resides within us. The life I live now is so authentically happy, joyous and free~I’ve made it my mission is to help others learn how to create that for themselves. In my former life, I graduated from Agnes Scott College with a degree in psychology. I taught grades K-12 off and on for 20 years in Atlanta and I loved almost every minute of it. When I realized I was coaching and practicing yoga with my kindergartners more than focusing on Common Core Curriculum I decided it was time to pursue what I love most. I have 2 children, a husband and a cat whom I absolutely adore. They are amazing beings, my biggest supporters, loudest cheerleaders and sources of infinite gratitude. I learn something valuable from them every day. Every experience I’ve had led me to create this site and to share my passion for personal transformation with you. I am excited to learn more about you, to help you discover who you are and become the best version of yourself possible.
