Since the weather in Atlanta has been steamy both Dr Fitness and the Fat Guy ventured outside towards the water and had some interesting adventures. Dr Fitness went to Lake Lanier and tried paddle boarding – which is standing on a large surfboard and moving yourself with a long paddle. He only fell once and narrowly missed being run over by a speeding boat. The Fat Guy broke out his inflatable canoe for a 3 hour trip down the Chattahoochee River with his son. His lack of boating skills were showcased in front of dozens of college aged kids partying their way down the river. The Fat Guy could impressively make his canoe spin in circles and float backwards down the river. And to cap off his trip the place he exits the river was blocked by a 4 foot snake.
