Born in Chicago, Chuck was reared in Des Moines, Baldwin City (Kan.) and Columbia (Mo.). It was in Columbia that Chuck attended high school and the University of Missouri – School of Journalism, earning his Bachelor of Journalism degree in 1972.

For 15 years, Chuck pursued a career in broadcasting, working in the news departments of radio and television stations in Aspen, Denver, and Tulsa.

In 1987, Chuck joined the staff of AAA Oklahoma/South Dakota as head of the Public Affairs department. His duties included not only handling the club’s public and media relations and legislative/government affairs activities, but also administering the club’s many traffic safety programs, serving as the club’s community service projects coordinator, and editing Home & Away magazine, now AAA World, the member publication sent six times annually to all AAA members in Oklahoma/South Dakota.

AAA serves as the voice of AAA members, representing them in the halls of state legislatures, in Congress and before the many agencies and departments within state government. The club’s primary advocacy issues continue to revolve around highway funding and traffic safety.

Chuck retired in the fall of 2017 and now pursues freelance travel writing assignments for publications such as Oklahoma Magazine. He and his wife Nancy enjoy life in Carlton Landing, a new town embracing “new urbanism,” located on the shores of Lake Eufaula (Okla.), the “Gentle Giant,” the largest lake in Oklahoma at 105,000 acres and 800 miles of shoreline. Chuck enjoys raising herbs, walking, cooking, travel (of course) and their beautiful new grandchild, Sadie, age five months.

Kristal MacDough was reared an Air Force “brat,” giving her the itch for travel from a very young age. Her family lived in all four corners of the United States, from Michigan to Texas, New York to Alaska, and Georgia to California. She transplanted herself in 1984 to Arizona, which has been home since then.

Kristal is currently an account executive with the Arizona Daily Star and oversees advertising efforts for SaddleBag Notes, the SaddleBrooke community’s monthly newspaper. Throughout her career, Kristal has served as Director of Advertising and Communications for KB Home, Marketing Manager for Meritage Homes, worked in Development for the University of Arizona’s College of Architecture and the Eller College of Management, and was Director of Communications & Special Events for a national securities firm in Phoenix.

Her travels have taken her to Puerto Rico, Bermuda, Scotland, Ireland, Hawaii, Canada, and numerous points in between, just to name a few.

Kristal is also a Certified Life Coach and Meditation Instructor, and a writer currently working on her first novel. She is a self-proclaimed “sunshine gal” and is never disappointed with Mother Nature’s gifts of deserts, mountains, and valleys, and summer monsoons, to the Grand Canyon State.

James V. Stover is the Medicaid President for Arizona Complete Health, which is the combination of Health Net Access and Cenpatico Integrated Care.
He has over nearly 20 years of Medicaid managed care experience having served as CEO of the University of Arizona Health Plan (UAHP) prior to joining Centene. As CEO of UAHP, he was responsible for the health care of 240,000 Medicaid and Medicare Dual Eligible members. James has expertise in the full range of managed care, including Network Management, Contracting, Operations, and Member Services.

James holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Arizona and a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix.

A native Tucsonan, Michael Guymon’s twenty-two-year professional career has primarily centered on political strategy, business development and advocacy, and organizational management. As Vice President for the Tucson Metro Chamber, Michael is responsible for developing and implementing the Chamber’s local public policy and workforce development/attraction programs and initiatives.

Michael’s previous positions include Vice President of Regional Partnerships for Sun Corridor Inc.; Executive Director of Metropolitan Pima Alliance; Chief-of-Staff to Tucson City Council Member Fred Ronstadt; Asst. Vice President for Governmental Affairs for the Tucson Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce; and political consultant to The Bridges, a 360-acre mixed-use, infill development that will include Tech Parks Arizona, GEICO’s regional headquarters, housing, and a 111-acre commercial development. Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Arizona.

On a personal note, Michael’s passion is baseball and he was named the Official Scorer for the Tucson Padres AAA Baseball Club from 2011 – 2013. The team moved to El Paso in 2014.

Jazmin Jourdain, Founding Partner. Ms. Jourdain currently serves as Vice President, Director & Registered Representative for New York asset manager Baron Capital, Inc. Ms. Jourdain is responsible for shareholder services, branding, corporate projects, and large-scale events. Her business and travel experiences are extensive and are helping Trouvaille forge forward with its development and operational strategies. She is also a board member of Aspira of New York, The Dream Project, and has been very involved with GMHC of New York, The Felix, Global Giving, and the Helping Hands Foundation.

World travel has been her education and passion since her formative high school years. Born and raised in the South Bronx, she attended The Bronx High School Science, was selected for the prestigious position of U.S. Youth Ambassador, and has traveled extensively to locales such as Russia, Uzbekistan, and Kurdistan.

She has subsequently traveled extensively and she now contributes her expertise to Trouvaille.

Trouvaille has completed the first week of its 70-day crowdfunding challenge and we are off to a great start! In our first week, we have raised 8% of our $107,000 goal.

Jeff Hatfield is the Tucson Branch Manager for AAA Landscape. Jeff is a member of AAA’s Landscapes Executive Committee which includes their CEO, CFO, President, Vice President and the Executive Director of Operations. Jeff also Chairs AAA’s “Excellence in Operations” Strategic Planning Focus Group which advocates employee involvement in company planning involving Safety, waste elimination, workforce development, recruiting and retention. Jeff is a graduate of the Greater Tucson Leadership class of 2018. Jeff is an Arizona Certified Landscape Professional, has a certification in Sustainable Landscape Management and is certified by the Arizona Department of Agriculture; Office of Pest Management.

When he is outside of work, he spends time with his 5-year-old daughter, catches up on yard work and tries to get as many rounds of golf in as he can. He works in the community to help develop a workforce for the trade industries, building employment soft skills and training existing employees.

AAA Landscape, an Underwood Brothers Company, was started over four decades ago, with an old borrowed pickup and a thousand dollars cash, brothers Robert and Richard Underwood started the Company.
