My journey in starting this company began with me becoming a product of the product. My son was born in October 2014 although he was not expected to come until late December. Our son was 2lb 6oz with a collapsed lung, ventilators, and a feeding tube. After 9 weeks of being in the hospital the cost of our stay was $500,000 and the insurance company decided to deny it. After fighting with insurance on our own for 7 months we saw no results. Because of the access we had to an amazing law firm in our state we now had someone on our side. Our lawyer wrote our appeals letters to the insurance company and within 10 days we received a notice from our law firm saying they would be paying for our hospital stay. That’s why I do what I do. This is why I am in business. To help people like me whether they have a family in the hospital or get a incorrect charge on their cable bill. Typically you receive as much justice as you can afford and we help balance those scales of justice.
