Andy Isakson is Founder and Managing Partner of Isakson Living. Andy turned his attention from commercial real estate development to the premier senior residential market with the opening of Park Springs, Isakson Living’s first senior residential community, in 2004. His vision and leadership extend the legacy of the Isakson family, whose contributions to the community – and the nation – are well known.
David Wahn / Isakson Living
CFO
Chief Financial Officer Dave Wahn, CPA, manages Isakson Living’s financial operations and opportunities. Dave joined the company in 2002 and has been an integral part of the success of Park Springs and Peachtree Hills Place, Isakson Living’s senior living communities.
A native of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Dave moved to Marietta, Georgia with his family when he was a middle school student. He earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and business administration from Presbyterian College in Clinton, South Carolina.
Dave enjoyed a successful career in large-firm public accounting before joining Isakson Living. Christy and Dave Wahn are the parents of four children and are active in St. Ann’s Church near their East Cobb County home.
