Richard Sims, is a geologist and environmental engineer.Â From a career consulting to the industry and managing real estate, he has been a real estate investor for many years.Â He believes the time is right for further investment and is continuing to invest in real estate.Â He describes how his philosophies have helped him manage multi-family residential properties and continue to do so.
