Ice pops or popsicles are a great way to get your fruit servings in each day. And when you make the pops yourself you control the fruit and the sugar. Here is an easy banana berry pop recipe which can easily be modified for your your favorite fruit. Grab your blender throw in some frozen berries, a banana, some yogurt, some pomegranate juice and some honey to sweeten. The Fat Guy says sweeten with Splenda or don’t sweeten at all – its fruit.
