Schedules change – time is short and everyone is rushed. Try to have your child eat a healthy breakfast each morning and throw in a healthy snack like a piece of fruit in their backpack. Shoot for some fiber and some protein and/or some fruit. Your kid may need a supplement like some extra omega 3 fatty acids like fish oil a probiotic as well.
