Voodoo Brewery started as a client of franchise sales company Raintree, and Brent Dowling and his partner Mike Edwards believed so much in the brand and its position in the $33 billion craft beer industry, that they purchased the franchise rights to help the brand grow.

Voodoo Brewing Co. currently has seven corporate locations, with three under development in Las Vegas, Nevada and Indiana, Pennsylvania. In addition to Raintree purchasing the franchising rights, Dowling and Edwards plan to open a Voodoo Brewery location in Denver, Colorado.

CEO Matteo Rachocki, runs his business off simplicity, making his franchise simple to operate by providing a brewing expert to create all the beers for owners and a “European beer hall” environment that allows customers to order and pick up at a counter, eliminating the need for traditional servers and minimizing labor.
