McClellan, Allen and Associates, LLC is a CPA firm that serves owner involved businesses. Our mission is to assist these owners in organizing, managing and utilizing the details of their businesses in a way that allows them more opportunities to focus on the missions of their organizations.
Warren began his career with small business at a local CPA firm while completing the requirements for his CPA. Subsequently he completed his Masters degree and found himself with the largest CPA firm in the world assisting tax departments of many of the Fortune 100 companies. After years of traveling and successfully climbing the ladder, he wanted more control over his life and future. He returned to serving small business by building a firm that addresses their needs in a unique way.
