John Sigmon is Founder and CEO of Sigmon Leadership Solutions. Prior to launching his own firm, he was the Chief Human Resources Officer for AARP, the AARP Foundation, and AARP Services. He is a frequent contributor, speaker, and facilitator on a variety of topics including, “The Modern HR Environment”, “Employer Branding and HR”, and “Workforce Engagement,” “Navigating C-Suite Relationships,” and “DisruptHR,” and “Leveraging Your Social Media Strategy”.
John provides executive and leadership coaching and is credentialed with the International Coaching Federation, the Coaches Training Institute, and as a Stakeholder Centered Coach with Marshall Goldsmith.
He has a B.A. from Western Illinois University and a Masters in Health Policy and Administration from the University of North Carolina. John lives in New York with his wife Danielle.
