Adam has lived in Arkansas for over 30 years, and in the past four years, he has been residing in the beautiful Northwest region of the state.

He has a PhD in Organizational Leadership, an MA in Speech Communication, a M. Ed. in Educational Leadership, and a BA in Speech Communication, which has equipped him with a wealth of knowledge and expertise to help others succeed.

Along with his academic achievements, Adam is a devoted husband and father of five. His family includes his wife, their son, and four grown-up children who have moved out of the house. As a bonus dad, Adam is committed to nurturing and guiding his son towards a bright future.

Adam believes in the transformative power of stories to shape and mold individuals. He understands the importance of storytelling in creating meaningful connections and fostering personal growth.
