Warren Gibbs is originally from Orlando, FL, and relocated to Gulf Breeze in 2015 with TEKsystems. Warren started his career in Human Resources working for Disney from 2010 – 2013, and eventually moved into a recruiter role with TEKsystems in late 2013. He is currently the Account Manager for Application and Infrastructure services in the Pensacola/Mobile markets for TEKsystems. Warren also serves as an Advisor for the IT Advisory committee at Pensacola State College. He attended Columbia College in Missouri for a B.S. in Human Resource Management. Warren spends the majority of his time developing relationships within the Pensacola/Mobile markets to impact strategic initiatives and project deadlines of his clients through obtaining top IT resources.

| Mary has had a life-long passion with communication and speech. When Mary was a young girl she had a speech impediment causing her to lack self-confidence and feel ashamed to speak. Mary can truly understand the anxiety and fears associated with public speaking. She can also understand the freedom and excitement that comes with communicating freely. It was her experiences as a young girl that inspired Mary to pursue her career as a Speech-Language Pathologist and obtain a master’s degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences. Mary’s experience has taught her that speech can be difficult, but when mixed with proper instruction and passion, speech can become a beautiful masterpiece. | ||||||||||

I have an extensive background in Information Technology, primarily in the Healthcare Industry. During this time, I have seen good leadership; but more commonly, I have witnessed a dire need in both industries for effective leadership that produces positive outcomes. Healthcare, more than ever before, requires the utmost in good leaders who know how to add value to their workforce; thus creating an environment of peak productivity. Likewise, other industries, businesses and organizations can benefit greatly from the development of good leaders.
I have read and put to practice self-improvement and leadership materials for years, especially those of John C. Maxwell. When the opportunity arose to join with his team to build a legacy of coaches and teachers, I jumped at the chance. Training under John and his world-class mentorship team has been the highlight of my life. It has fulfilled my passion to surround myself with individuals living and breathing best practices in the leadership and personal development community, so I can share that experience with others.
