Randy Phillips with Think Graphic and Printing Solutions E27
As a business owner, do you have multiple print vendors and designers? Do you find that sometimes you don’t have the time to find the best price or to flush out a beautiful design? And often times you settle on cheap, not great, or you just flat out do not have the time to make something cool that you need? All resulting in a compromised small business brand.
Think Graphic and Printing Solutions is a local Tempe, Arizona based print and media company. Think’s team has a passion to work with small to medium size businesses to create the tools necessary for companies to market themselves such as print collateral, screen printing, large format signage, graphic design, and web design.
Think’s mission is “To be the place to go for brands to grow.” Think is designed in a way that if a client needs a specific item they can produce it quickly and affordably – because there is a deep understanding that a client needs that item to gain or grow their business.
Think’s mission is reinforced by their company values: accountability, ambition, community, compassion, teamwork, innovation and integrity. Their goals are to create a lasting relationship and help each client grow from brand launch to hundreds of employees and multiple locations.
Randy Phillips has been serving small businesses, slinging ink and marketing companies since the early 2000s. He has had his fair share of challenges and disasters with starting a business, navigating a recession, overcoming a business burning down, and now a pandemic.
Through every challenge it presented opportunities that transformed him into more than just a person designing and printing stuff for local businesses, but to a business man who has a passion for helping people succeed and grow by inspiring them through cool design and print materials.
Randy is a family man with a beautiful wife, Rhoda Phillips, who he met on a reality TV show (Who said you can’t find true love on tv?). 2021 marks the year that their family has a plus one, welcoming this year baby Zoey Phillips.
When Randy isn’t working with a client he’s clocking in valuable family time. The saying “work hard, play hard” could have been something that people would say about him in the single years. But in the marriage years, it’s more about creating a legacy and making a difference.
