Dr. Tricia Groff is an executive coach and licensed psychologist with 20 years of experience in human dynamics. She loves exploring the intersections of psychology and business. Dr. Groff obtained her bachelor’s and master’s degrees at Millersville University, PA, graduating Magna Cum Laude, with departmental honors. She acquired her Ph.D. at Ball State University, Indiana.

Dr. Groff recently published an Amazon best-seller–“Relational Genius: The high achievers’ guide to soft-skill confidence in leadership and life.” Available on Amazon and Barnes & Noble.

Dr. Groff lives in sunny Arizona. Following her own work-hard, play-hard approach to life balance, she hates people before 9:00 a.m., loves driving fast, and refuses to choose between success and happiness.
