Karen is a member of ARCSI (the association of residential cleaning services international), an active member of the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce and serves on the board of Friends of Gwinnett County Senior Services. At the executive level, Mr. Nettles has supported some of the nation’s leading apartment owners and developers including UDR, AIMCO, Laramar and Brencor. His specialty is major renovation projects on fully occupied communities, where completely redeveloped properties are repositioned from at least one grade level or more.
