Martina Young is the entrepreneur’s trainer for business and marketing development. Many of her clients have referred to her as a walking business dictionary. She has been training in business since the age of 14 years old when she began working in her dad’s business. Understanding people, defining their needs, and helping ignite the passion within has allowed her to multiply her business each year.
Her story is much like that of many entrepreneurs. She knows the hustle, the faith-walk, the setbacks, and the focus needed to build a business from the ground up. In 2008, she had enough of working as a Corporate Trainer and Executive Administrator and left Corporate America. She co-founded We Are B.O.S.S. (Business Owners Striving for Success) LLC and served as the Managing Partner for ten years. In June 2018, she established MY Enterprises, LLC to which she provides training in entrepreneurship, compliance, professional, scientific, and technical services.
Martina Young is a dream activist and pursuer of what others deem to be impossible. She is an expert in her field of business development, marketing planning, strategic marketing, integrated marketing communications, competitive analyses, and financial projections. Martina is an accomplished trainer and public speaker and a published author of “The Entrepreneur’s Guide to Becoming a B.O.S.S.: Business Owner Striving for Success”.
Martina Young believes that every community can be changed by supporting a LOCAL business owner each week.
