Keller Williams Realty Atlanta Partners Sugarloaf opened its doors in early 2000 with a handful of agents. Today, the Sugarloaf KW office is home to over 220 real estate sales associates. KW Sugarloaf is #1 in Gwinnett County in Listing Volume, Sales Volume, Listings Sold and Overall Sales Volume. Paige Powers is an Atlanta native who has held a Georgia Real Estate License since 1994. Dave Hubbard is a consultant, coach, and motivational speaker on the subjects of  health and fitness, helping companies and organizations to lower healthcare costs, and improve the performance of their most valuable asset – their people.

In 1979 Dave moved from the active world of the National Football League into a sedentary job.  His playing weight combined with a serious back injury from a near fatal accident made it difficult to get back into shape physically.  In 1989, discouraged by the high percentage of Americans who are sedentary, Dave began traveling extensively, educating and motivating corporate America to get fit for life.   He came to realize that a great deal of what people think they know about fitness, and how the body works, is wrong.  In 2000, Dave was awarded a U.S. Patent for his unique method of exercise.
